Flourish Nepal is a Profit Not Distributing Company established as part of SIL Nepal, with its central office in Kathmandu and a planned operational area in the Kailali District. Income earned through our services goes back into charitable and development work permitted by law — never distributed to individuals involved in running the company.
Our vision is to see language communities across Nepal thrive culturally, socially, and economically. We work by partnering with local stakeholders to enhance education and community development, using local language, culture, and resources as the starting point.
